Why Choose Us

Six reasons homeowners across Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and the wider South Sound keep calling us back.

Built for South Sound Weather

Moss, needles, forty inches of rain and eight months of growth. We work in this climate every day and plan the job around it.

You Talk to the Owner

Abraham Rodriguez answers the phone and quotes the work. No call center, no salesperson — the person you talk to is the person responsible for the job.

Honest, Up-Front Pricing

Free estimates and a clear price before we start. If something is outside what we do, we'll say so and point you to someone who does it.

Open Mon – Fri · 9 AM – 2 PM

Regular hours you can plan around. Lawn schedules run on the same day each cycle, and you don't need to be home for a visit.

We Haul It Away

Clippings, brush, moss, gutter debris, old fencing — it all leaves on our trailer as part of the job. No pile left at the curb.

One Crew, Whole Property

Lawn, beds, roof, gutters, pressure washing, fences and drainage under one call. No juggling four companies to keep one property up.

Frequently Asked Questions

We're based in Olympia and work across Thurston and Pierce counties — Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, and the communities in between. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call and ask.

Lawn maintenance on a regular schedule, one-time yard cleanups and brush clearing, roof moss removal and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, cedar fence installation and repair, and general construction — drainage, gravel, block edging and small outdoor builds. If it's outside the house, ask.

It depends on the size of the property and what it needs — a weekly mow and a full slope clearing are very different jobs. Every estimate is free. For cleanups and pressure washing we can often quote from a few photos; for anything bigger we come out, look, and give you a written price before any work starts.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Call or send the form any time and we'll get back to you on the next business day.

Weekly through the growing season — roughly April to October in the South Sound — and every other week on the shoulders. We'll set the schedule with you on the first visit and adjust it as the season changes. You don't need to be home for regular visits.

Moss holds water against the shingles and lifts their edges, which shortens the roof's life and lets water get under them. In Olympia's climate it comes back every year if it isn't treated. We remove it without pressure washing the roof, then apply a moss treatment so it stays off through the wet season.

At least once a year, and twice if you're under fir or maple. The important one is in the fall, before the heavy rains, so the water goes down the downspouts instead of over the edge and into the foundation. We flush them and check the downspouts actually run before we leave.

Yes, as long as the pressure matches the surface. Concrete can take a lot; cedar decks and vinyl siding can't, and too much pressure furs up the wood or forces water behind the siding. We use the right pressure and nozzle for each surface, and a soft-wash approach where that's what the material needs.

Always. Clippings, brush, moss, gutter debris, old fencing — it all leaves on our trailer as part of the job. You never end up with a pile at the curb.

Yes — the construction side of landscaping. French drains and drainage correction, gravel paths and pads, block edging and low retaining walls, fencing, and small outdoor structures and repairs. If something is outside what we do, we'll tell you straight and point you to someone who does it.
