Between the fir needles and forty-plus inches of rain a year, Olympia roofs grow moss and Olympia gutters fill up. Moss lifts shingles and holds water against the roof deck; a blocked gutter sends that water down the siding and into the foundation instead. We clear moss by hand and blower without pressure-washing the shingles, apply a moss treatment so it doesn't come straight back, clean out the gutters and downspouts, and check they actually drain before we come down.

Inspect

We look at the roof pitch, the moss, the gutters and how the downspouts drain, and tell you what it needs.

Clear the Roof

Moss and needle buildup are worked loose and blown clear, working with the shingles rather than against them.

Treat

A moss treatment goes on the cleaned surface so regrowth is slowed through the wet season.

Gutters & Cleanup

Gutters are scooped and flushed, downspouts tested, and every bit of debris leaves with us.
